About Us

Welcome to our Centre where we aim to work in the Communities and for the Communities. In doing this we offer various training & academic courses in Information Technology, Business Studies, Finance, Employment Advice, Financial Advice, Home Tutoring, and help with your child's homework and education.

We aim to develop your understanding of the business world. We also demonstrate and explain in our Centre how businesses are structured, how they work, how their environments influence them and how they try to control competitive market process.

As you go through our brochure, I trust you will notice our resounding commitment to helping every prospective students and trainees in achieving their objectives, especially in our Services, Advice, Public Information, Money Matters, and Publications sections.
The Centre also provide a comprehensive assistance to children in their school work and homework so as to help parents to focus squarely on their training courses.

AIMS & EXPECTATIONS

We aim to ensure that you make the right choice of programs in the light of information of the highest quality.

You can expect:

  • The prospectus and accompanying publications to contain up-to-date, accurate and detailed information on programs and support services provided by the Centre;
  • That we will provide equal treatment for all applicants regardless of sex, race or ethnic group, family responsibilities, disability, age or sexual orientation.
  • To be kept informed of any major changes to the course, which you are studying, and to be consulted on proposed changes to the major part of your route within the programme
  • Provision of opportunities to develop IT skills within the timetable curriculum;
  • Teaching sessions to be conducted in premises properly equipped and arranged for the purpose and adequately furnished in relation to the size of the group;
  • Teaching session to begin punctually at the published times and not to over-run;
  • Changes to the scheduled arrangements not to occur without good reason and adequate notice of such changes to be given wherever possible;
  • To have access to accurate information on the Centre course catalogue;
  • Suitable alternative arrangements to be made in the event of cancellation of scheduled sessions
You are expected to:
  • Provide full and accurate information about yourself, your qualifications and work experience when you apply for a place.
  • Have made financial arrangements to cover the cost of tuition for the duration of the course.
  • To provide evidence of your qualifications and identity, as requested;
  • To provide relevant personal details as requested, e.g. term-time and home addresses:
  • To sign to confirm acceptance and compliance with the regulations set down on the Registration form.
  • Attend regularly and punctually at all scheduled sessions
  • Notify your course tutor in advance if you need to be absent;
  • Comply at all times with Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policies;
  • Treat all staff and students in a way, which is non-discriminatory and respects difference.
